2015 PA Primary Commonwealth Court Democratic Candidates

Issues:
-Believes Article 1 Section 27 affirmatively creates "an obligation on the government’s behalf to refrain from unduly infringing upon or violating the (environmental) right(s) including by legislative enactment or executive action."
-Believes the plain language of a law should be the way it is interpreted as long as the language is clear, to ensure the intention of the drafters is not denied.

-Is the grandson of a former PA supreme court justice
-Was one of six siblings
-In HS was co-captain of the cross country team, ran track and played on the tennis team.
-In college served as parliamentarian, student defender, and chairman of the rules committee for the student gov’t. Was also on the college’s publication board.

-Defended laws that increased funding for public transit
